Leadership Morton
Welcome to Leadership Morton, a brand new local leadership program designed to instill leadership skills and valuable information about Morton and Central Illinois in program participants during day-long sessions held each month beginning in August and ending in March. The program curriculum includes discussion of key leadership skills, presentations on regional industries and topics, and a group project designed to help applicants apply their knowledge.

January 5 – Agriculture Day with Jim Ackerman, Nestle
February 2 – Tourism & History Day with Susan Pyles, Director of Tourism

Ideal Participants
Anyone in a company or organization that would benefit from leadership skill development and local Morton knowledge. This program is especially valuable for employees who are currently in or will be going in to key leadership, supervisory, and management level positions.
Tuition
$400 per person for members and $500 per person for non-members. A $50 discount will be given to all selected participants who register by July 31st!
