Are you looking for a way to put your child’s creative skills to work? Then look no further, and join in the fun with the annual Ackerman Farms Pumpkin Decorating contest. This is a great way for your child or family to work together and decorate to the “Pumpkin Splash” theme.
Ackerman Farms will be providing each grade school student living in Morton School District #709 with a coupon to pick up a FREE pumpkin to decorate and enter into the contest. Home School children are also encouraged to participate.
All entries will need to be dropped off in the Pumpkin Decorating tent and displayed between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 14. Judging will take place after 6 pm and winners will be notified by phone that night. Then join us as we announce our winners on the Entertainment Stage - Wednesday, September 15 at 6:15 pm.
